How do i make ice cream without. having a machine?

Put ice cream mixture in a cool whip container or other bowl w/ tight-fitting lid. Tape shut w/ duct tape (esp if using cool-whip tub!). Place in a huge zipper bag of ice + rock salt, and shake, rattle, and roll it for an h our or so, draining off melted ice water and adding more ice/salt as needed.

This is a great, non conventional recipe for making ice cream. All you do is mix together equal parts of condensed milk and double (heavy) cream, and a couple teaspoons of vanilla, or add cocoa powder and sugar for chocolate, or a little bit of instant coffee diluted in a tiny bit of hot water for coffee. Put it in the freezer, and it comes out the same exact consistency as normal ice cream, but soooo creamy and good!

theres ice cream in a bag recipes. i have one but not with me. i would google it to find the best one. but its pretty much what the others said to do = ) have fun. it takes a lot of effort buts fun and tastes good.
